I normally receive contact databases from my clients via Excel spreadsheets so all reporting of Appointments, contacts made, comments, emails/letters to be sent are updated on line at the end of each working day & then the updated database is emailed back to you at the end of the campaign..

It is normally essential for the success of any New Business campaign that a targeted mailshot e-shot is sent out prior to a telemarketing follow up.
